She is an entrepreneur with strong background in education, IT profession and lead acid battery field having more than fifteen years of cross-functional experience in diverse domains. She is the head of Power Dynamics Consultants. Having experience in R&D administration, management, manpower and project handling. She has a knack to accept tough challenges to dig out a resolution of a problem. At present she is providing consultancy service to 3 major clients in India.
Dr Debashish Mazumdar, a doctorate from IIT Kharagpur who brings along with him 35 years of working experience in design and development at Exide Industries Limited. Post retirement in 2020, actively engaged in consultancy services through Power Dynamics corridors. He spearheaded many differentiated cutting edge technology projects which helped the company remain ahead of competition, to acquire higher share of business, to remain price competitive and maintain leadership position. As head of Research and development he handled Japanese, Chinese, European and American collaborators and therefore has the access to state-of-the-art technology. He has several design patents and publications in international journals to his credit.
Mr Dipak Dasgupta is a veteran campaigner with more than 36 years of experience in Exide Industries Ltd. He has worked on many verticals across the organisation such as Manufacturing, Process Control, Product Validation and Analysis of Field failures. His rich experience makes him an asset in the Power Dynamics group.
